ERA’s Entrepreneur Summit: Summery

Executive Recruiters Association is an Industry chamber of Recruitment Consulting Companies, headquartered at Mumbai. It is an 8 year old Association with chapters across India, and, having about 200+ members. It covers the 3 segments of Selection, Search and Staffing and accounts for a turnover of around Rs 9000 crores. It has been founded on the principles of integrity, honesty and thereby brings in Professionalism, ethics and a systemic approach.

SME segment constitutes a major chunk of Revenue in the Indian Economy and is extremely buoyant today. However it suffers from certain ills on account of issues related to size, scale, professionalism, systemic approach, funding and manpower(both for attracting and retaining).This Event focuses on these issues and tries to give a ring side view and success stories of Companies which have grown.

The speakers have been people who have both battled their way to the top and scaled up successfully or those who have advised and guided Companies to grow and professionalize including those Companies which have passed on the baton to their next generation.

By focusing on the SME segment, ERA is trying its bit to aid, guide and handhold these Companies to scale up, grow, attract talent and thereby reach their true potential.
